    Charlie is a seasoned producer with over 15 years’ experience bringing ambitious projects to life. In that time he has led projects that have won Gold at Cannes, The Clios, and The British Arrows, and produced the award-winning short film BACKMASK, which led to the creation of Backmask Pictures.

    Throughout his career, Charlie has built and nurtured relationships with some of the country’s top production and post-production talent, and is highly experienced in managing projects and budgets of all sizes. As Head of Production, he ensures our stories are realised with creativity and precision at every stage.

    Matt is an award-winning creative director, filmmaker, and writer with over 15 years of experience in visual storytelling. He began his career in post-production at the Oscar-winning VFX studio Framestore, before moving into advertising, where he went on to craft some of the most awarded and acclaimed campaigns of the last decade.

    Beyond film and advertising, Matt is also a published writer of comics and graphic novels, and now channels this unique blend of craft, creativity, and narrative vision into shaping the creative output of Backmask Pictures.

    Chris is an award-winning director who began his career in music videos. Alongside his directing work, he has built a successful career as a writer, publishing a series of best-selling graphic novels and contributing regularly to leading creative industry publications.

    In parallel, over the past 15 years Chris has worked as an Executive producer in commercial production, working alongside the industry’s top talent to bring countless campaigns, music videos, and content projects to life. This blend of creative vision and commercial expertise makes him a driving force behind Backmask Pictures.
